Bad service provided by sony service center

Hi,

I have given my sony ericsson phone W595 to Vishal Electronics, a registered sony ericsson service center in Varanasi. The mobile had some heating problems but it has been around 4.5 months since I had given my phone to the service center and I am still waiting for my phone. Now this type of service was unexpected for sony and I am fed up with you guys. The complain is registered in the name of Gopeshwar Shukla and I am so sure that no one will even bother to look at my complaint so I am not posting other details.

I am sorry to hear of the experience you have had with this repair. However in this circumstance  would advise contacting your local Sony Ericsson support centre regarding this matter.

Already did that even he suggest to raise this matter with the company.

Unfortunately there is little else I can advise as any escalation of the matter needs to be raised directly with your local Sony Ericsson support team.
