Hi Team,
This is regarding my handset Sony Xperia Z1 that i submitted at your service center in Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on July 2nd, 2016, wherin i was told that i shall be getting my handset back with 10-12 days as it needs to be sent for repair.
However, today on the 14th day i am told that it will take some more time as parts are still not available.
Now my concerns here are listed below:
Some more time without a timeline is not helpful
If parts are not available then i need a replacement for my handset
Customer Service is not helpful either as no resolution provided on timeline and only this email id is provided
I was told that i would be transferred to a senior executive by your agent named as GLADSON. however, after holding the line for almost 5 minutes i was still not transferred to anyone who can help and was told that a call back would be arranged.
Requesting you to help me with a closure on the timeline ASAP.
