Big Problem With The Front Speaker

Dear Sony!

I bought an Xperia X8 two years ago, it works great, and i love it. Realy cool phone, but i cannot use it, (a few weeks ago) because the front speaker is very quiet. No sound coming out of it... Please help me, i dont want to buy an other phone!
