Bluetooth connection to Bluetooth connection

I have been trying to connect my X10 to my daughter's X10 and again to my ARCHOS 7.0 Internet tablet (Which has the same basic software as the Sony X10) However I get the Pairing done but no connectivity...Does anyone have a solution to this problem????

I would recommend you to delete this connection from both your phone and your other device and to try it again and if they can't connect is because they are not compatible. You could also make sure by connecting both X10 and sending a file to make sure that the bluetooth feature is currently working fine with your phones.

Can I just add that even tho it says paired but not connected between the devices you can still send and receive photo's music etc.  The other thing that is sometimes useful is the Bluetooth File Transfer app from the Android Market.  It allows you to view the remote devices files, so for example I can remote view the Bluetooth File on my netbook with both my X10 and X8 using this programme.  You can then use the tick box next to what you want to grab (multiple if needs be) and Edit>Copy and then move to your local file, SD card and paste it there - or vice versa.
