Before a phone can find and add your headset you need to set the headset to paring mode. I'm afraid i don't know how you do that on a Jabra but you should be able to find that in the manual for the headset.
If the phone can't find/add the headset even though it's in paring mode i recommend that you contact a local service location to have your phone checked.
