Inlocking Bootloader?

Is there a way to unlock the bootloader, without warrent the guaranty?

• I'm gonna use it for development reasons
• Later on I might also root it
• IT sounds awesome

Though I'm not gonna haver custom rom neither kernal!

Unlocking the bootloader may void the warranty - The only way to potentially escape such a senario is to aquire root and then backup the TA partition which will preserve the DRM keys
