I would like to know how I can copy my conversations onto my PC.  I have PC Suite installed and when I back up my phone I am only getting my sent txts.  At the phone shop they suggested a memory card and moving all my txts to there and then retrieving them, but I can't seem to access my memory card using my USB cable.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as it is very important for me to get a hard copy of some conversations.

I'm afraid you cannot retrieve or copy your Conversations on PC suite, as the application cannot access them.  Neither can you retrieve messages saved on the memory card on PC suite.PC suite can only read messages stored in the phone memory, so you should be able to archive both sent and received messages on PC suite when they are in phone memory.However, although archived messages can be read in PC suite without the need to connect the phone, they cannot be transferred back to the phone but can be saved as individual text documents on the PC.Hope this helps.
