calls with sound down when I use bluetooth headset

Hi everyone.

When I use bluetooth headset (Samsung), the calls stays with sound down. But only for calls. If I use to hear music, the sound is pretty good.

How could I increase the sound of the calls when I use bluetooth headset?

When you are on call, does the volume key work, or does it seem to be set to max already when trying to turn it up.

First of all, many thanks for your answer.

The volume key works properly. I can put the volume down and up, but even in the highest volume, the calls volume is still very low. However, when I am listening a music, the volume is very lound and I don´t need to touch the volume key to do that. I mean, the highest volume as possible on the cellphone makes the call volume low and the music volume lound.

Do you know how is it happening? Can I fix it?
