Report Inappropriate Content

Whenever I try to turn on the camera on my x10 mini, it just shows a black screen, with the 3 icons in the corners.
I'm not able to press any of the icons, as the screen is black, and there is no response.
I obviously checked that nothing is covering up the camera lens, and there isn't, so i'm kind of lost as to what is wrong.

Hi,

I'm sorry to hear that. It may be an issue with the camera drivers within the handset. I'd recommend using the Update Service to either update or reinstall the software (depending on which software your handset is running on) to see if this restarts the camera again for you.
