Considering the Xperia XP, but from video-reviews I've seen, the text and icons seems uncomfortably large. Does anyone know if its possible to change the default DPI? I am a big fan of smaller text and icons, but from what I hear, it can mess up the native dialer, etc.?

There is no way to change the DPI, but you can adjust the font size as well as the icon size in the X Performance. Changing the font size also affects the dialer, but it won't mess it up in any way if you use the native feature for changing font size.

Ok. Thank you. What about app-drawer layouts, is it possible to change that to a 5x5 grid?

In the latest available software version there is no way to adjust the Grid of the app drawer in terms of amount, it's currently 4x5 - but you can always use third party launchers to set up the drawer the way you like it. The positive thing with Android is that there are many ways to customize the way the phone looks to suit your needs!
