Hi To All, I have lay my hands on a X2  with Generic_be and the X2 is a German device so now i have a X2 with Dutch language,keyboard layout is azerty/french but i need a cab what make my keyboard qwertz/German,anyone outhere can hopefully help

There is no way supported by SE to do that. The phones are sold with region specific languages.
