Can't get my Zylo W20i to ring. Settings are correct but no ring when incoming call. Any solutions?

Hi, I have a brand new Zylo W20i. My profiles are all all correctly configured and the Sony Ericsson ringtone is applied at volume level 7 on each. Have tested ringing this phone and while it recognises the incoming call it does not ring. lease note it is not set to silent. I suspect there is a software issue here. Any possible solutions would be most welcome.

Try updating or re-installing the software using the SE update service and see if that fixes the problem.
