Can't update to multitouch

Hi!

Since the repair service give me another x10i i cant put the latest version of the firmware (the one with multitouch).

I have many problems but actually i just want to solve this one. Whe i connect to my computer it says that i have the latest firmware but it's not true, i tried with Update Service, PC Companion and OTA. My phone is not simlocked (it's prohibited(?) in Belgium). So actually i got 2.0.A.0.504, with my past x10i i was able to do the update so i dont understaind what's going on...

And please dont tell me to bring it back to the repair service or i will destroy everything in the shop....

use flashtool top install the DUALTOUCH update....don't get them confused....dualtouch is 2x touchpoints, and multitouch is 3x or more (usually 4x).

Thanks for help but if i do that i will lose my warranty :s

And i dont want to lose my warranty if i break my phone doing the "root".

Hi, how about trying with another PC/Laptop? The other option is to update using SE Update Service in Safe Mode. Reboot PC/Laptop, keep tapping F8 till a Safe Mode Menu appears. Select Safe Mode with Networking and proceed with update.
