Cannot send empty message on lollipop

Hi guys I need your help, my phone is c3 dual and after I upgraded the system from kitkat to lolipop, the phone is not sending any empty messages what can I do to send an empty message?
Note that I tried to type space, #, 0 without any result

Try settings-apps-all-messages,force stop and clear data. Restart and check again.

Thanks, but I still have this problem even when I copied an empty message and tried to send it, the phone showed a reply "cannot send empty messages"

How can you copy an empty message? Just copied space? If you want to send an empty message, just press space once.

As far as I know, this is how our messaging application is designed to work. It does not work on my Xperia Z3 either. I suggest that you check Google Play for a third party messaging application to see if it's possible to send an empty message from there.

Don't know why I thought that was possible,just that I remembered sending in the past charity SMS to a specific number but with no message.

LE: Maybe those numbers can receive empty messages?
