Change keyboard to AZERTY (instead of QWERTY)

How can i change my keyboard to AZERTY instead of QWERTY ?

Before the update it was easier... but now it looks like i tried everything but nothing seems to work !

If it's not possible anymore, who can recommend a good app to do this ?

Thanks, that guide doesn't really helped for Xperia Z3 but I found out how.

For those seeking the same answer: download 'European French' dictionary (settings -> language -> Xperia-keyboard -> manual adjustment (it's at the top)). My phone is not in English so the translation might not be 100% exact. Then download the dictionary, and little keyboards like in this guide of Thommo will appear (they don't appear until you download the french dictionary). Tap the little keyboard et voila.
