My Xperia z5 premium not full charged it stop on 97%

Known issue with the software battery gauge. Your battery is actually full. You can see your 97% only start to go down after a long while when you unplug and use the phone.
Sony still not acknowledging and fixing this bug in .253 release yet...

For me it doesn't stop, but it does take it a long time to get to 100. Also, if I play a game or watch YouTube while it's at 97, it starts decreasing

If that's the case, u can try downloading the battery monitor widget app and log the battery charge voltage and percent while charging.
The z5 range batteries should be all of the 4.34v type. You should see the battery voltage graph peak out ard this value when it's full at 100%
