Connecting problem

I have a problem connecting my Aino to PC when using update service. I try to connect it while pressing C button. Update service software doesn't recognize it and a balloon shows up from my taskbar with the message "Found new hardware". I click it and my system freezes. I also have tried to connect it while pressing 5 as I read through the other threads but the same problem happens.

I'm using windows XP SP3.

First you need to install the sony ericsson pc suite and it'll install all the drives and you will not face this problem..

I have installed all the drivers, but when i try to connect while pressing C a New hardware is found witch i can't install it because the system freezes!
