could not verify!!!!error

hey guys,got the official 4.4.3 update fr t2ultradual dual through ota(over the air).whenever I tried using wifi for updating,at final process I get a error called "could not verify"....Pls help me to get away from this..

My phone is rooted 4.4.2 bootloader in locked condition only

This is an easy one - It's because you are rooted, regardless of the bootloader state your kernal has been modified

Ok,how to get rid of tat...so to update using ota.
But my phone is just rooted, I haven't done anything regarding to tat kernel sir.
So what is the solution atleast?

Also I'm getting apps update via ota,and it's getting successful,why this problem currently occurs,for 4.4.2 I haven't waited for ota update done successfully using pc companion which was rooted already, as I'm new to sony Pls help me.searched lot but could find any solution

Doing permanent unroot is the solution?

When you root you modify the system to give read and write access to the root hence the word rooting this is why the update fails - Apps etc are nothing to do with firmware updates

And to fully unroot the best way is to manually flash a .ftf firmware file using Flashtools but you could simply update your phone using the method listed here but you will loose root
