Disappearing contact list

Recently all of my contact list without any known reason for me disappeared, I don't know why and how can I recover them?

Could you please help me?

It looks like my contacts unexpectedly deleted and some unknown contacts like "BUZON DE VOZ", "OIR SALDO" were appeared. I don't know the sourse of this new contacts and how can I recover my old contacts?

unless you have a backup either on the phone or with Gmail, you can't get them back

Nowdays every phones have an option to save contact no's either phone /Sim memory, but T2 ultra is a special phone have no option to save no in Sim cards , When you reset your device there have chances to erase the all contacts.
