Get rid off the slider for unlock, answer, don't answer

I think the update is great, but the slider is sooooo bad and anoying.

How get back the old way to

- unlock

- answer calls (want just a green button)

- don't answer calls (want just a green button)

Somebody help ........

From my understanding the slider is the default setting for Android 2.1, however you can download various applications from the android market to replace the slider function , for example some free options available via the android market are  :

- Easy Answer Button (Provides on screen buttons to answer calls)

- No Lock (Replaces slider with button to lock/unlock)

Why they changed tht i dont know as i liked that too..

its like someones messed with my stuff i hate that !!!
