Hi all, my mobile is getting heating up when i am using it normally also without playing any games.

I have taken that to the service centre also and they simply changed the mother board also but the problem remains same.

What is the Solution for this?

When the phone is charging or while it's in use, it may be hotter since the phone is "working". The phone have an inbuilt function to prevent overheating, if the phone gets to hot it will automatically power off to prevent overheating.

If you experience that the phone is to hot (for example that you are unable to hold it), I suggest that you perform a software repair on your phone via PC Companion to exclude software relaited problems:

In PC Companion you press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phone/tablet software > Repair phone/tablet (the blue clickable link in the message) > Follow these steps without having your device connected to the PC.

Follow the instruction that appears in the program and do not connect your device until this guide tells you how to connect it.
