Sir,

Google play store "server error retry" message

I have bought sola 3 months back, i have restored the data, after that restoring the data , google play service is not working ,

i have clear cache on apps manager, factory setting and every thing i have done, but nothing has really helped me to get the problem fixed.

I am using wifi and mobile data, in both way same problem is coming:

i have done :

clear cache&data on google play store:

clear cache & data google services framework:

factory reset:

Please please help me  in getting problem solved ,

other wise tell me how to get the phone completely to factory reset hard reset:

I would advise running an update/repair:

To repair the phone software
1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support
2.     Turn on the phone, and connect it to the PC using a USB cable.
3.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start.
4.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.
5.     Click repair phone.
6.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

I too had the same problem.

i tried repair option also .. but the problem is not solved.

wat to do nxt.

Also I am getting notification of 10 updates but when I connect my phone to PC companion . It shows software up to date.

what is wrong?
