Hidden disabled Apps??

Hello,

Recently I downloaded ccleaner and in the app manager it shows all apps installed and then it shows disabled apps. I have never disabled any apps but for some reason it is showing 4 apps as being disabled, but when I look in the built in app manager on my phone it shows no disabled apps. What is going on?

Hard to tell because you are using a third party app, cleaner apps could cause problems, if you are losing app settings/data uninstall it and report back, also posting screenshots and which app you are using it will be easier to help you.

Hello @uliwooly

I have not used the ccleaner app yet, I was only exploring it's features and that is when I noticed this.

Why do these apps not show up in the built in app manager? Makes no sense.

I have to wait for a moderator to approve the screenshot or you could upload it to box or dropbox and post the link here

That's quite interesting, I'll escalate this, which app are you using to find that info?

@Zero3hero What if you expand each app? There is a small arrow pointing downwards, can you post a screenshot with that too?

I am not sure, but some of them might be blocked by the system itself (looking at that startup flag service).

Ccleaner. And like I said before these apps do not show up in the built in app manager. I have never disabled any apps prior to this.
