how to recover deleted files on Android phone.

Sir  I am using xperia live with walkman model number wt19i with Android version 4. Yesterday I have downloaded 700 MB file from internet and connected to Windows8 pc then I tried to transfer the file to pc and accidentally deleted the file downloaded from Windows explorer.

Sir kindly can you suggest a solution to recover my deleted file and mail me to rupeshforu3@gmail.com.

Unfortunately I'm not aware of any application or computer software for recreating lost data.
