I have tried a few things, but nothing works. The contacts part in PC Companion only lets me import one contact at the time, i got 311.
Uploading my contacts to SE using my Nokia does not work, "No server response".
Any other tricks?
Do you have an option to sync those contacts from the Nokia phone to a Gmail account. If so you could sync then from the Gmail to the x10 phone.
Nope, no such option on my nokia.
Any other ideas?
You could go here http://www.companionlink.com/google/ that is a software that allows you to sync data on your computer to a google account, so once you have it in the google account you could the sync to your X10 phone.
From memory Nokia have their own PC Suite package for their 'dumb' phones or an Ovi programme for the symbian phones. Not sure which yours is, been away from Nokia a long time now! Anyway, either should offer you the option to export numbers to Outlook for example and then from outlook you can import them into Google, sync your phone to Google and away you go. The import from Outlook into Google is covered by Microsoft's own Help pages - I have done it myself and it was pretty straightforward.
Well.... by accident i found the "import from memorycard" option. It's done now, thank you anyway!
