How to transfer contacts from Nokia Lumia 800 Windows phone which doesn't have memory card

Can anyone explain how you can transfer contacts from Nokia Lumia Windows phone which does not have memory card?

All contacts are synced to the Outlook account online and there is an option to export all contacts in Excel csv file.

But how do you actually import these contacts into Sony Xperia Z1 compact?

Easy either

1. upload the file to google mail/contacts > sync your phone with that Gmail account > voila

or 

2. transfer that file to your phone and then phonebook > menu > filter

Test and see if your Nokia phone is compatible with Xperia transfer in PC Companion:

Perhaps you may send the contact via Bluetooth from your Nokia.
