I cant get on the internet any more!

My phone wont connect to the internet anymore, keeps saying to check settings, but no matter what i do nothing works any ideas?

First of all, use the phone's set up wizard (if your phone has this feature) to download and re-install the settings.Failing this, use the SE update service to update or re-install the software via PC.
