Thank you :smileysmileythumbsup:
@Dani_283 It seems that this inbuilt storage checker does not show hidden files. What you can try is to download a storage analyzer.
I'll try it.
Oh and I have 1,25 gb used out of 1,73 gb can that cause a problem
Is that RAM memory? Or?
Yes lol, I forgot to write it's RAM
So I downloaded the app and thought the problem was in my .thumbanils file but after I delete it it frees up 200 mb and still shows 10.8 used space...
Here is the picture of what it says in the app. So I entered the folder internal storage and it says there's 10.8 gb used by it ,but the folder I'm in (which is internal storage)uses only 1.79 gb..this makes no sense
This is really strange. I suggest you backup using Xperia Companion and perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.
EDIT: @Dani_283 any news?
This drives me crazy.
Phones memory is full.
My apps, including useless apps I cannot uninstall, is around 4GB
I double checked.
But phone says 10GB.
Please help me!
It doesn't really matter if I uninstall things like Facebook and Snapchat.
I've deleted all cache og appdata etc.
Nothing happens.
Hi @Kokinos,
If I understood you correctly then you have about 4GB's worth of apps but your phone says that your apps take up 10GB? Where in your phone does it say that your apps take up 10GB? How much memory is available under Settings > Storage?
If you look under Settings > Storage > Internal storage > Apps > Sort by size, is there anything here that really stands out?
