Issue with Bluetooth keyboard

HI,

Love my Z2 it is ideal for my Uni work and have had no real issues with it in the year i've had it.

My problem is more of a frustration than anything.

I purchased a case with a bluetooth keyboard for my tablet, this one:

It works fine and i had no problems connecting it. However, everytime i switch it on it opens the google play store on the page for WPS office download. While its only a minor issue, having to close it everytime i activate the keyboard is getting really annoying.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Try to clear the SmartConnect app data.

How to clear data on apps.
From your Home screen

1. Tap the Application screen icon.
2. Find and tap Settings > Apps.
3. Swipe to the All tab.
4. Find and tap on the SmartConnect app.
5. Tap Force stop > Clear data.
6. Restart the phone

Hi @Miniman667,

Though it sounds strange this is most likely due to the keyboard itself and not the tablet in this case. Did you install some kind of companion app to the keyboard?
