Issue with mobile data

Hi,

I have disabled mobile data and I am using only wifi to connect ot internet.

But still I am receiving SMS from service provieder saying you have used some xx mb of data and my talk time balance is getting deducted.By I can say phone is accessing the mobile data(though it is turned off) .

I restared my phone several times and when the phone starts it shows the message mobile data disabled in notification area.

Please help to resolve the issue as I am loosing lot of balance though I am not using mobile data.

Have you tried performing a system reapir to see if you still recieve these notifications, you could try booting up in safemode and see if the same issue you report is on going but you could also go to Settings then Data usage and check which apps are using mobile data and how much - You can alter the settingto check day to day usage - Hopefully in doing so if there is indeed an issue then you should find it - But I'm thinking that maybe this is a network issue with phantom readings by them
