lack of 3g after system update for xperia L jellybean 4.2.2

Hello I need yourplease reply after I finished updating my xperia L to jb 4.2.2 2 days ago the 3g network I use in my phone doesn't connect it showing the Capital H but now progress in my internet I tried to remove SIM including Battery and even switch to GSM network only now after I tried to switch wtih the GSM network it is even faster the the 3g aside from that I tried to put my sim in my other phone and it works so no problem on the networks end...how can I solve this? please help

Check the APN settings 

Settings > Xperia > Internet Settings > Download settings

or 

Settings > more > mobile networks > access point names > menu > add New > enter the info > menu > save

LTE = 4G 

H = 3.5G 

3G = 3G

Edge = 2G

I to download the internet setting on my phone suing wifi however still it did not download the internet setting any other solution

Try to make the hard reset or repair firmware without SIM card plugged in.
