I still have 11.2.A.0.21 update.I have trying to update my xperia j to new 11.2.A.0.31 update many times but my computrer getting stuck while updating.I have also disabled my computer antivirous software.but problem still happening.But also update did't came to my phone.I have refreshed Update center on my mobile but it cannot be seen.How to resolve it?

Have you guys tried using SUS?

If not I suggest that you try to update using SUS.

I have already tried this Johan.But my computer getting stuck while the update running.But i have got that update to my mobile and i have updated through Update Center on last week.

But today i can't go to the Play Store in my mobile.There is some message came from that.

And another

I can't go to the play store.It suddenly close while opening.What shall i do for it?
