M4 Aqua dual is not a water proof mobile

As SONY advertised Xperia m3 aqua dual is not a water proof model. I bought this mobile only for its IPS65/68 ratings but it is not at all waterproof. My phone got water ingress just after immersed in a water tub of 2 feet deep. And now I have decided to handle this issue legally through court as there is no proper response from SONY for my queries
