@Piggy27

Memory card is still supported, do you mean that you can't detect SD card after update? Did you try to check under Settings -> Storage if it's detected or not?

@Piggy27 I think you should just try to reformat the card.

@alexdon Yes, not detected rather, i have tried re-inserting the memory card few times, also the same memory card is still fully functional in other devices, means there is no issue in memory card, please help

Would it be possible for you to remove the partition on your SD-card and then create a new one using a PC and a card reader? But please note that this will delete all data on the SD-card so you first need to backup any data you want to save from it.

You can remove the partion using a software like MiniTool Partition Wizard but please note that this is a 3:rd party software, not supported by Sony Mobile.

1. In this software, right click the disk number for this SD card. Please make sure you select the correct disk!
2. Select "Delete all partitions" and select "Yes". This deletes all data on the SD-card!
3. Under the disk, you should now see "*:" with the file system "Unallocated"
4. Right click on "*:" and select "Create"
5. Change "Create As" from "Logical" to "Primary"
6. Set "File System" to "Unformatted"
7. Click "OK" and then click "Apply" at top left corner and "Yes" to apply.
8. Wait for the operation to finish and then close the software.

Now format the card in Windows or insert it in the phone and let the phone format it and see if the SD-card works again.

PS. you can download MiniTool Partition Wizard with this [Link]
