      Issue is not the spare part unavailability. Already committed to dispatch  pink colour xperia xa1 instead of black colour. Handset was not repaired as per sony service center. Its under replaceable category. I also know that handset was under process since 25 days. Please don't answer diplomatic answer. I also know how to answer diplomatic answer to client. i am also working direct interaction to client. Need straight answer to client is some how better than diplomatic answer.

      Today was the day committed from your side to deliver my handset but while i contact to guwahati sony service center they told me that there was no response from head office to dispatched handset. How is it show. So frustrated.

        As per local service center(new tech, rajghar road, guwahati). Replacement will be in proceed from their end on 23-may017 on same day which i handover handset to them. Pending was from Sony head office (New Delhi).  From your side i have to contact to local sony service center and from local service center they told me that pending was from Sony head Office India. Why answer is deviated.
