Music is buffering

WHENEVER I PLAY MUSIC EITHER ONLINE STREAM OR THE DOWNLOADED ONE IT KEEPS ON BUFFERING. I TRIED IT USING SKYPE AND MY VOICE WAS CUTTING OUT. PLEASE HELP.

Which app are you using to play either or. 

Side note: Don't use all upper case as it seems as if you were screaming.

Sorry for the upper case.

I am using deezer and the installed Music player provided by sony.

If the song files are on your device you shouldn't experience this, if the music was downloaded through a different app, perhaps the files are corrupted, transfer the files to a computer and see if you can play them.

Also, boot on >>> safe mode and try to play the files through the preloaded Sony's Music app.
