Hello Friends,

I bought a X10i last week and yesterday the phone slipped off my hands and fell into a pool of water.

I have given the phone to the SE service center but I am not hopeful, does any one of you know what are the chances of survival for this phone,

The most regretful thing is I did not take off the battery from the phone and tried to restart it couple of times :smileycry:.

Can any one tell what are my chances?

Ouch!  I don't suppose many people here have had that happen to them, so your guess is as good as anyone else's.  I do hope that you're lucky and that it starts working again when it dries thoroughly.  Unfortunately, water damage means any repairs aren't covered by the warranty.  Good luck...!
