my xperia z1 keeps turrning off   when i call to someone or work with apss,the phone gets heated up and has charging problems even what should i do please help me pleasee

You might have one of the defective handsets Sony admitted that were produced or the bugs in the firmware and software are causing your Z1 to behave erratically. I know everyone on here writes this but a software repair would be a good plan of action. However, you could also try a soft reset and hard reset too.

Does the same occur if you boot the phone in safe mode?
