My Z3's battery dropped from 24% to %0 suddenly, no vibration

I've several problems with my 8 mouths old z3. Today my battery was suddenly dead. And vibration doesn't work. I always use my original charger and never put it into water or washed it. It overheats without any intense usage. My question is, I'm afraid to send my phone to warranty because of my bad experiences like waiting for an answer about my phone for 1 mouth etc. Also i wonder if warranty will cover it because i don't have enough money to spend these days.

Thank you in advance

The problem is that you have WiFi on all the time and there's an app or apps that keep your phone awake. After charging your phone 100% boot on safe mode and check if you experience the same behavior?

Thanks for the reply, i'll try the safe mode trick, but i don't think it's because of wifi, it's always been on and caused no problems

I agree with @Phy, the graph show that the WiFi its on all the time, that will drain quite a bit of your battery

But the point u don't see here is the sudden drop from about 25% to 0%. U the graph goes down at around 8 o'clock. And also vibration doesnt work whatever i try

@Fatihcara

Indeed that doesn't look normal, what I would do is to repair the phone with PCC

software repair using PC Companion

it could be a bug or it could be an app acting up

PC Companion (PCC)

Bridge (for Mac)

Thanks for the reply. Im thinking about soft repair. By the way, vibration problem happened several days before battery issue. So it may be a hardware problem. I wonder if the warranty covers that or not

@Fatihcara

Only your Local support could answer that question after they have inspected the phone.
