TV Go
Cyberon....App in Chinese.

Ive asked the seller and the local distributors with no luck.

Whilst not someone from Sony mobile I can tell you that the phone has probably been replaced with a refurbished handset and is usual for them to come inside plain packaging.
The emphasis on your email from them is;

"Unfortunately the supplier is not willing to replace the phone with a NEW one because you already had it for too long"

So it looks like it has been replaced but not with a new, sealed unit.
