Hi everybody,

I want to know the phone software update. I already download the software with phone in the wi-fi zone when I got the phone. It is successfully update. Next time I search again and it showed the your phone software is the lastest. But when I connect the PC with USB, the PC showed the message for the software update everytime. So, I did this software update but it showed the internet connection error almost finish. My internet connectin download speed is about 50KB/S. Would you like to tell me how much speed can be required? What is difference of software update and PC update? Is it the same software? Can I use the internet in phone when I connect the PC? Pls give me suggestions.

I have same problem. when i click support zone (where is software update) i got massage that i need internet conection,but i have.

Update using PC Companion or SEUS will update the firmware completely. To use update service on the phone, you should have very good speed. 3G or Wi-Fi is preferred. In case of update using PC you need good speed more than that you need a steady and stable internet connection. Try to avoid using internet connection for anything else at the time of updating.

I used PC software on sonyericsson companion at least 2 times, I update my software at least once using PC software.

This is hapening me first time today,not before,before was all good

Ya! but I dun get the message as " need internet connection". When downloading step in PC Champion, it can download about 80%. later i got the message "Please check your internet connection".

I want to apologize if my writing wrong in grammar. I'm weak in English.

I already done the software update in phone with wi-fi zone. It is successfully updated. When I downloading the update with PC champion, I dun run any internet services.

Problem: I can't update with PC champion in PC but I already done with phone in wi-fi zone. Even I updated the software in wi-fi zone, why do the message show "Software update available" if I connect with PC?

It must be the internet connetion problem. Make sure that you are connected to internet when you are updating. Dont use any other service like browsing, torrents etc while updating the phone.
