PC USB connection issue

Hello.

I have an issue connecting my T to pc, sometimes will connect normally but most of the times pc companion will come up with an error saying, "the was a connection failure, unplug USB restart phone and plug again after 5 minutes" this started recently as i never had anything like this before...i uninstalled pc companion installed again but the same...i tried on my new laptop which didnt had pc companion installed so i downloaded first time for my laptop but still does the same. the phone its in a like new condition and i already removed many apps and deleted some unnecessary folders, so seriously what might be the reason of that connection failure? maybe if i do a repair on the firmware will solve it?

Thank you.

No i cant transfer anything since i cant see my files, the phone keeps connecting but this goes on like forever and after 2-3 mins pc companion gives me the error " there was a connection failure etc" so i just unplug the phone and plug it again trying to have an established connection. for example will connect 1 time out of 5.

Could you try a different USB cable?

Seems that phone had a lot of trash inside internal memory..problem solved with a restore to factory default settings + delete everything inside internal memory!!!
