Phone does not call

Hi, when I try to make phone calls, sometime it doesnt work.

I choose who ever I wanna make a phone call but the screen does not change as it was before (I can see all the contact list).

And after about 20 seconds, it starts rining and can make a phone call.

I went to a technical centre to show this problem but it didnt happen there so they refuse to even look at it.

What can I do to make my phone fixed?

The trickey part is that it doesnt happen all the time but it does happen maybe 3 out of 5 times.

I have been very unhappy with Xperia S. There are other issues too.

Sorry but I will not recomende Sony smart phone to anyone now...

clear all the call logs, sms and mms

if you don't want to lose it all backup everything

I user update service and the problem seemed fixed.

But now I got another problem. I unchecked Auto-rotate screen but if the phone is connected to a charger, it auto rotate main menu when I am laying down while using the phone.

How can I fix this problem?

I disabled liveware manager and it seems be working now.

HI I still have same error. I re-updated my phone twice but it doesnt seem to be fixed.
