Phone doesn't connect to network in Denmark

Hi, i cant connect to a serviceprovider in Danmark. Its not the simcard. Must be something with the fone Z5. What can it be?

Have you tried booting into safe mode?
How do you know it is not sim?

Hi Michael74,

Adding to this, have you tested another SIM in the device to clarify if this is SIM related or not, as the SIM may work in another device, that however does not mean that the SIM is not the issue, it still could be.
