Hello.
I am Indian customer. I have experia tipo dual. recently on my phone update notification came stating new update 11.0.A.6.8 available. So, I tired to update through PC companion-> Support-> Update. Now preparing and downloading of software was completed. But when it came to update, computer started connecting to phone which did not completed and prompted to below screen shot. Now when I tried fifth step it is not working and phone is not connection to PC companion for the further process. Hence it is failing to update.
Factory reset your phone and then connect to PC.

install SUS on your PC > restart your PC > disable both firewall and antivirus > run SUS
