Phone still not repaired after 15 days

I bought sony c4 and just after three months I started facing problems..It started hanging..Its touch use to run automatically sometimes..but now it's too much.it's display went off..whenever I try to make any call it's display just goes off..And then nothing can be done further,even I was unable to disconnect my call as nothing was being displayed..I went to your Sony service centre..They said that this problem is due to the tampered glass that I was using and asked me to use my phone without it..What a rubbish he told..everybody use screen guard..but then too I did so..But again the same problem..I went there again..But this tym there was another guy sitting there and he accepted the fault and said nothing about the screen guard reason..and submitted the phone saying that it's display will be changed..and now it has been 15 days and the phone is still not repaired..whenever I call him he says it will take more days giving the reason that the company is not getting the part which is to be replaced..His job no is W116072501661 and the name of the person is aman..I invested 26000 rs in this phone and m facing such a blunder problem in its very first year..This is really ridiculous..kindly take some action immediately otherwise I don't know what I will do next..

unfortunately we cannot do anything to help you in this forums, since this is you and your local support, and sadly what the tech guys said is true, service center doesn't have the parts on hand and must request and have it shipped to their locations from factory, just keep updating it thru your local service center Local support
