Phone wont charge, Xperia Z5

Hello.

My phone wont charge, when i plug in the original cable and power supply (and others) the phone turns on and the led show red, then blue and so yellow. it then show the green charging bars for a few seconds, and goes to red charging bars showing 3%. Nothing more happens. Tried soft and hard resett!'

Remove both SIM and SD cards > connect the phone to a wall charger > press and hold power & volume up for 10 seconds > let it charge for 3 hours > check again.

Sorry to say that uliwooly's suggestion didn't work.
Anyone know if the order of different led colors is a way to tell what's wrong?

It is unfortunately hard to say but it is possible that this is hardware related. You can however also try to perform a software repair using Xperia Companion.

If that does not work your device should be sent to an authorised service center for further investigation. Your Local support team can provide you with information on how to proceed with this if need be.
