Phone wont power up after shut down

Hi

I have noticed that when I shut my phone down(by holding power button and selecting Power Off) I cant turn the phone back on again unless I do a hard reset (power button & volume for a few seconds)

Is anyone else having this issue... Frustrating that such a simple function is broken, Im really losing my paintence with the Xperia Z. I wish I returned it during the first 7 days now.

Posting from my PC becuase the WiFi on my Z is still not functioning Slightly_frowning_Face

Super phone the Z is not.
