Photographs Issue - Awful images

Hi everyone, I hope someone could help me with this major problem I am having.

Whenever I take a photograph, it apparently seems no problem occurs, however, when I go to the Album and see them, they appear all distorted such as this one:

You can try clearing data from camera app in settings, apps, camera.
Try booting into safe mode to see if it works then ok.
If that fails, you can backup your phone in Xperia companion and perform a repair installation.
If that fails, you will need to contact your local support.

Can you advise if this issue happens when the photos are viewed on a PC/Mac or is this only phone related?
