When will Playstation mobile be available in Sweden?

I assume this is necessary to be able to remote play PlayStation 3?

No it's not the way Playstation mobile is working. But sony has a guide explaining how to connect to Playstation 3.

In that guide it is says that you should go pair the phone under Entertainment so i assumed it was in playstation mobile since i can't find any way to do it.
